    I just received two cases that I ordered but neither one is as advertised the brown case with the ribbon tab to access my cards does not come out and my zip case had shown a mirror one inside of case and this one I received does not have it these to things are why I ordered these cases for that I am not a happy customer

    I just got the case last night (November 9, 2017). Everything was functional the lighter and the bottle opener, it fits and worked perfectly until tonight (November 10, 2017). The lighter stopped working thinking the battery is low or drained, I did charged it for about half an hour but the lighter doesn’t work anymore. I tried to press the lock 3 times quickly then slide down the button to try if the lighter was working but it’s not. What should I do? Should I try it to charge longer? If it won’t work can I send back the product and send me a new one?
