2. When does the warranty begin?

It begins the day you place your order.

3. What is a valid proof of purchase?

An Amazon order number or ZVE order receipt for a purchase made through ZVEDirect.

4. When can I receive my parcel after placing an order?

We will start processing your order on next working day. Different countries or different products will have different delivery time. For details, please refer to the product page’s shipping information.

5. Which country can you ship to?

We can ship to 23 countries now, they are:

6. How to check my order status?

After you place an order successfully, you will receive a ZVE order receipt sent from support@zveclub.com automatically, and we will start processing your order within 24 hours (weekends and holidays will be delayed to next business day).

Currently, if you want to check process of your order, you need to email our customer service email support@zveclub.com with your order number to check. Please make sure that you can receive our email and put our email address to your white list because our email may be received by your junk mail sometimes.   

7. Why the color of the product I received is not the same as the color of my order?

If your order is out of stock, we will send you an e-mail to ask if you want a refund or change to another color of the product. If you have not responded to the e-mail, we will send you a generic color of the same style to your consideration. Thank you for your understanding.
